HISTORY OF THE FERUS
·················· the ferus are a young race, risen from the volcanic ash in faliae. they were born of fire so naturally they had no problem at first residing so close. but as they multiplied they expanded and eventually became a very well known and rather savage race. with a single touch they can start a flame and they don't particularly care for anyone who wants to stand in their way or intrude on their lands. the humans showed great disdain for the ferus early on and tried to extinguish them before they spread anymore. this has only led for a great hatred between the ferus and the humankind, dubbing them their greatest enemy. they also feel a particular loathing toward the winged race though this may merely be out of envy for their lack of technology to reach their grounds.

FEATURES AND APPEARANCE
·················· born from the volcano in faliae, the ferus naturally have no problems with heat. they are completely resistant to it, even going so far as being able to consume it and hold it. any there is no such thing as burning their fingers over a meal.
·················· not only can the ferus stand fire but they can also create it. their bones and nails are rough as rocks and with a simple bit of friction on their part they can start a flame and keep it rising.
·················· fire may be their greatest strength but that unfortunately makes water their greatest weakness. they cannot consume it or be in it.
·················· the ferus can appear to be just as normal as any human being. for the most part they look very average. they can light their insides up in flame though and as soon as that happens their skin will have either the fainest or brightest orange or red glow.
·················· the ferus do not bleed blood. the bleed magma. they are always very warm.
